We have a no-return or refunds policy, but with that being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please contact me at michibarsoaps@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery of your order if you'd like to discuss options.  Each request will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
